Jay sold my home in Fairfax , Virginia in four days for substantially over asking. Jay and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Prior to showing the house, Jay not only did an initial evaluation on my house but said that he also wanted his team to see the house for additional comments, suggestions and pricing info. The team then had a real clear idea of the house they were showing before it was even formally listed. Jay’s suggestions in ‘staging’ were mostly moving a piece of furniture slightly or, in some cases, just removing the piece altogether. Jay was very professional in all he did. It was a pleasure to work with this company. 

Jordan assisted me in every way possible to purchase a house during this difficult market period. He is very polite, responsive, and a highly competitive realtor who helped us buy our first house! He is extremely dedicated to his work and has extensive knowledge about local properties and locations. He even connected me with people I needed after purchasing the house. We feel very fortunate to be his clients. Plus, he was super kid-friendly too, which saved us a lot of hassle.

We just sold our home in Alexandria, VA with Nicole Dash. Working with Debbie Dogrul Associates was a 5-star experience.
Nicole was very easy to work with. She was very organized and detail oriented while taking great care to explain the sales process (and all of the steps) to us. As we were considering which parts of the house to fix up or highlight, she was there to offer sound guidance on which ones would be favorably received by prospective buyers or add value to our list price.
Nicole provided great insight into the correct price point for our house, thoroughly researching comps in the area while also accounting for our renovations and unique home features. She made some minor staging suggestions which ended up making a huge difference in how our house showed in the listing photos and in person. Ultimately, our house sold in less than a week which was largely due to Nicole’s strategy, thoughtful suggestions, appropriate pricing and overall visual presentation. We were quite satisfied with our experience with Nicole. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is considering selling their home! 

Ashley Finco is hands down the BEST realtor and person EVER. She is very knowledgable about houses and with HVACS too! =) Ashley is so so patient and kind, I never felt like I was bothering her with all my questions, concerns, and worries. She went to see properties before hand and did research before we went together to tour. When we decided to go with a new build she was incredibly supportive and guided us through the whole way. She made sure my husband and I were happy and comfortable with our choices. She came to all our meetings, walk thrus, and closing (even though they spoke a different language) haha I can't thank Ashley enough!!!

Maxine was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were not in a hurry to purchase a home but we were looking for a larger place as we had outgrown our old house. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and found homes that fit our criteria. She also looked outside of the box a bit for us which was helpful to see homes/areas we wouldn’t have otherwise considered. She is incredibly responsive and always made time for us. We never once felt like she was hurrying us along or needed to cut any of our meetings short. She is kind, very easy to talk to and listened and took notes about everything we discussed which ultimately helped her find the perfect home for our family. She was very hands on with everything, and her team was also incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. 10 out of 10!
We were on the fence about selling our old home and ultimately decided to sell it a few months after buying our new home, so we called Maxine back up and she was amazing. She helped us with a timeline, and what projects needed to be completed in order to get it ready to show, and again her team (especially Desiré) was very supportive throughout the entire process. We are so thankful for all of their help and expertise! 

I don’t know what I could’ve done without Carla’s help. She’s very professional and always has a good point. Her sweet and positive personally combined with her professionalism is very special and much appreciated.

Nathan was more than what you would expect from a realtor. He was very organized and involved from beginning to end. My situation was not just a simple list it kind of deal. It was quite the undertaking. He doesn't sugar coat anything and lays out your options ahead of time and he truly works in your favor. We worked together with the same vision, and he was able to get his team on board and into action with a property that was completely gutted to a beautifully finished product.
