We just sold our home in Burke, VA with Nicole Dash. Working with Debbie Dogrul Associates was a 5-star experience. Nicole and her team were very responsive, and helped us fix up the house our mother had been living in for 45 years (a huge project), and sold it very efficiently.

I would like to compliment Jamie Petrik and his team (Melissa and Desire) for helping my brothers and I sell my Dad's house in Springfield, Va. It had to happen swiftly and with a high degree of coordination since we live in CO, FL, and VA. Jamie has a keen understanding of the NOVA market, access to relationships and resources to facilitate a sale, and he/the team showed my Dad and family dignity and respect. The house was listed on a Thursday, under contract the following week, and closed the week thereafter. Our experience was business-like and personable. Melissa was amazing to work with. From the first home we looked at it was obvious the her goal wasn’t a quick sale, but rather helping us find a home that we would be truly happy with. Moving is a stressful event and looking for houses can be a lengthy process. Ashley was my buyer's agent and with her the process was educational (good training, Jin!) and fun so much that I could have continued longer! Ashley has the best customer service skills (something that is very important to me), she is positive, flexible and supportive, always available, answers emails promptly and thoroughly. She also was able to fine-tune the inventory of houses as we continued the search and she got to understand my wishes even better or if I changed my criteria.
