Nathan was more than what you would expect from a realtor. He was very organized and involved from beginning to end. My situation was not just a simple list it kind of deal. It was quite the undertaking. He doesn't sugar coat anything and lays out your options ahead of time and he truly works in your favor. We worked together with the same vision, and he was able to get his team on board and into action with a property that was completely gutted to a beautifully finished product. This was also done in a very timely manner. Great Job Team and especially Nathan! 

We originally were working with another realty team until we ran into Ashley Finco and her team members at an open house. They provided so much helpful and useful information in that chance meeting, that we hadn’t heard yet, that we decided it was time to make a switch. Ashley was helpful, honest, friendly, and welcomed our child on our home searches. It never felt like she was just opening a door for us. The home purchased was one that wasn’t even on our radar that she brought to our attention. She is very easy to get in touch with and prompt in answering questions and/or getting needed recommendations or info. My partner and I had the good fortune of working with Dayana to purchase our first home. From the start we were both very impressed with her responsiveness. Regardless of the day, she never hesitated to quickly respond (text/call/email) quickly. She was upfront and honest about the places we toured and didn’t push to buy at any point. She knows what goes into building a home and when homes are over priced. This really helped to prevent us from being sold on a few places that looked nice at a surface level. Lastly, she fought for us at every passing. As a result of her efforts, we were able to get a good deal on a home we will love for many years to come. Jordan Li was assigned to us randomly through Zillow and I’m so grateful that he was. He was so helpful with navigating the process and was always willing to answer any questions. He really cared about us making the right purchase too; he would check things in the homes that I never would have thought to check and would always give his honest opinion about any properties we saw. Mike is an outstanding realtor. He always went the extra mile for us and went way above and beyond any other realtor I have dealt with in my life. It should be noted that I'm 50 years old. My family business is real estate development, and my mother was a realtor for 30 years. Mike is low-pressure, diligent, quick to respond, and cares about his clients. I would recommend him in an instant. You would be lucky to have him. It should also be noted that I can not stand realtors (including my mother), but Mike is much better than a realtor. He is a human being, which is in rare supply in real estate.

Their expertise in every phase of the process before listing preparation, launching the listing, and showing my home was outstanding.
