In order to find me a best, qualified tenant she made lots of plans and detailed work including how to reorganize, clean, repaint my house to impress potential tenants at first sight.
She carefully helped and guided me in reviewing potential tenants, considered above all my interests (such as preference for a longer lease and no pets because of my beautiful hardwood flooring), and the finding of tenants who would treat my home as carefully as I have as if it were their own. Monica helped me throughout the whole process, putting in a huge effort to do an analysis until we found the best tenant.

They did an amazing job managing upgrades to our home -- new paint, carpet, and other small projects we had been meaning to get to. They stayed in good contact with us each step of the way and worked with us on pricing our home right and getting it on the market in a speedy fashion. Their staging and photography were fantastic. We went under contract the first weekend on the market and had a very smooth process to closing! We highly recommend working with Jamie and Melissa and their team!
