Central Fairfax Real Estate Stats - July 11, 2016

As of July 11 2016 fewer houses are being put on the market for sale, compared to last year.  While during the same time frame, slightly more houses are going under contract compared to 2015.

The current months supply in Central Fairfax County is at 1.95 months, which is also down from the same time frame last year.  Months supply (also known as inventory or absorption rate) looks at how many homes are currently for sale in an area and compares that to how many homes went under contract in that area in the last 30 days.
