Trish Marcaida
Sales Manager\Realtor®

As Dalai Lama XIV once said, "compassion is the radicalism of our time."

Hello there, thanks for stopping by and browsing through my site!

Let me take a minute to give you a little background about myself: my name is Trish Marcaida and I have been with Debbie Dogrul Associates as a Realtor since Autumn of 2014. Count not the number of years, but the number of transactions! In this short amount of time, I’ve been involved in over one hundred sales.

I discovered my passion for customer service, relations, and experience during my teenage years when I started my career as a humble Sales Associate at HomeGoods in Fairfax. Shortly after that, I was promoted to Customer Experience Coordinator at the age of nineteen. And, despite my success, this wasn’t enough to support my college tuition, so I worked as a part-time teller at Bank of America in Burke. After a couple of years, I left my job at HomeGoods and became a Teller Supervisor at Bank of America, one of the youngest in the position in the region.

Eager to serve, I decided to join Debbie’s team. Not only were they number one in Northern Virginia, but they also emphasized putting themselves in their client's shoes. I, along with our team, believe that we should treat the sale of your home as if it were our own.

My goal as a Buyer Specialist is to break the stereotypical sales-y agent and initiate a new breed of Realtors. I am here to listen and help you find the right home and to educate you on what to look for in a home with respect to its resale potential.

When I’m not showing homes, you’ll find me cooking at home, munching on some food truck tacos, or maybe in a different continent! My heart is taken by a long-time boyfriend and our Frenchie, Bullet.

Excited to help you!
